Siendo esta la primera canción de Taylor en ser lanzada como sencillo. Calling All Girls fallo en causar mucho impacto en las listas a pesar de tener un entretenido video basado en la pelicula de George Lucas THX 1138.

La canción fue rara vez presentada en concierto, pero durante el Hot Space Tour fue grabada durante un concierto en Tokio y la canción puede ser encontrada en el DVD que lleva el nombre de Queen on Fire - Live at the Bowl como canción de fondo de la galeria de fotos.
